Instructions for Registration

We welcome researchers to grab this oppourtunity and register at the earliest possible, We would accept the registration on first-come first-served basis as the total number of seats are limited.


● Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.
● If you are able to download your payment receipts from payment receipts section, your registration has been complete.
● Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
● Registration fee includes attendance at all technical sessions and tutorials.
● Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. These may be required, if you need to track your payment/registration later.
● Please note, IMESD2023 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process in IMESD2023.
